A premium women's wellness spa in Glasgow - home to the city's first custom-built Halo Japanese head spa and a SHABBA award for Best Day Spa in Scotland. We built the full system: a brand that markets and books itself, from "never heard of them" to "booked in", without anyone lifting a finger.

Muse Lab Spa is a premium women's wellness spa in Glasgow - home to the city's first custom-built Halo Japanese head spa, a SHABBA award winner for Best Day Spa in Scotland, and a growing range of treatments spanning head spa, massage, and menopause wellness. The offer was exceptional. The digital experience wasn't keeping up.
Bookings were scattered across platforms. The website didn't reflect the calibre of the brand. There was no way to turn a first-time visitor into a repeat customer, no membership, and no marketing engine working in the background. Muse Lab needed more than a website - it needed a system that could take someone from "never heard of them" to "booked in", without anyone lifting a finger.
The website is dark, editorial and premium - it looks like the spa feels, built around one job: let someone understand the offer instantly and book within minutes. Thirty-eight treatments, clearly structured and priced, bookable in about two clicks. We developed the full visual identity - the dark and gold palette, the Cormorant and Jost type pairing, the editorial tone - and applied it consistently across the website, the emails, and every customer touchpoint.
Then we made it work. Timely runs as the booking engine, disappeared into the site: real-time availability, online payment, gift vouchers and promo codes through one platform. We built Muse Members - a full annual membership on live Stripe payments, where a customer joins, pays £29.99, and is instantly given their own branded members' lounge with a new offer unlocked every month.
Then the growth engine. Every signup is automatically tagged and synced into Mailchimp, dropping new subscribers into an automated three-email welcome flow that nurtures them toward a first booking. A waitlist captures interest in the upcoming hammam. Structured SEO targets how people actually search, built to help Muse Lab own terms like "hammam Glasgow" as the offer expands. All automated, all on-brand, all running in the background.
A customer can now discover Muse Lab, understand the offer instantly, book in about two minutes, become a member, and be nurtured back for their next visit - without the team touching a thing. The manual admin is gone. The brand finally matches the quality of the treatments. And the foundation is in place to scale into courses, products, the new hammam, and beyond.
